All cotton hairbands may be hand washed or washed on the delicate cycle of your washing machine in cold water. DO NOT put hairbands in the dryer lay flat to dry. SEABANDS hairbands may be lightly ironed using low heat. Items made of rayon, silk, velvet or linen must be dry cleaned only. It is recommended that all ponies be hand washed and air dried.

MONOGRAMMED ONE-SIDE HAIR BANDS
Turnover on Monograms is 3-4 weeks.
All custom orders are non-returnable.

DESIGN YOUR OWN HAIRBANDS
We will custom design SEABANDS using your fabric choices. These items are ordered just for you, and payment in full is required at the time you place your order. These custom orders are not returnable for any reason.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Standard delivery normally takes 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted.
You may request 2nd day delivery at an additional charge. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.

All orders are shipped via United States Priority Mail unless otherwise chosen by the customer at checkout.

We do not reimburse or give credit for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for anything that occurs after we deliver our packages to the postal service.

RETURNS AND EXHANGES
Returns with an original sales receipt:
All unworn merchandise returned within 10 days after the invoice date will receive a full refund based on the original form of payment. A return/exchange or even exchange does not serve as an original receipt.

All custom orders are non-returnable.

Returning or exchanging items by mail:

2. List the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging and indicate if you would like us to credit the card used to place the order or issue a merchandise credit. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you would like by noting the item, size and print/color in the note section. If you would like your exchanges sent to a different address, please note this on the form.

3. Pack and seal your return items and the return form securely, in the original package if possible.

4. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages. SEABANDS is not responsible for lost packages.
